Hi, I’m Dylan Ingrassia! I’m originally from Boston and moved to Colorado when I was 13, where I eventually earned my Economics degree from CU Boulder (Go Buffs!). Growing up between two very different places taught me how to adapt, connect with all kinds of people, and never take a good conversation for granted.
A lot of who I am today also comes from growing up cooking alongside my grandmother. She taught me the value of patience, consistency, and taking pride in whatever you’re doing.
